Grace Period: All payments include a 10-day grace period. Payments received after this grace period will incur a late fee. Please note that due dates cannot be modified.

Building Relocation Service
Need to move your building? We're here to help! Our buildings must only be moved by our approved and insured drivers to ensure safety and maintain your warranty.
Please contact us at (615) 203-3165 to arrange a relocation. There is a service fee for moves, which is paid directly to the driver at the time of service.

How does an early payoff work?
You can pay off your building early at any time! Early payoff amounts are calculated based on your contract terms and the remaining balance. To get your current payoff amount, please contact us at (615) 203-3165. Once our new payment portal launches on December 8th, 2025, you'll be able to view your real-time payoff details online. Early payoff may save you money on future rental payments and allows you to own your building sooner.
What is LDW (Loss Damage Waiver)?
The Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) is an optional protection plan that releases you from liability if your building is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed due to an Act of God or other causes beyond normal wear and tear. For a small monthly fee, rent-to-own customers can purchase this "peace of mind" coverage. This means that if something unexpected happens to your building—such as damage from severe weather, fire, or theft—you won't be responsible for the repair or replacement costs. It's a valuable option for protecting your investment.
Can I return my building if I no longer need it?
Yes! One of the benefits of our rent-to-own program is flexibility. If you no longer need your building, you can contact us to arrange for pickup. Please call (615) 203-3165 to discuss your options and any potential fees. Keep in mind that returning the building does not entitle you to a refund of previous rental payments, as those payments were for the use of the building during the rental period.
What happens if I miss a payment?
